How do I access my management portal?
Choose Portal login at the top of this page and sign in with your existing account. The portal currently connects to our Test2 environment. Contact us if you need an account or help getting started.
Is Orderbuddy Retail for my type of business?
It is designed for restaurants, cafes, takeaway venues and retail teams. Tell us about your operation so we can discuss the features, devices and setup that suit your business.
Do customers need to install an app to order?
No. Customers can open your table’s QR ordering link in their phone’s web browser.
Can I use it without an internet connection?
Sign-in and live QR order delivery need an internet connection. Supported POS devices can retain local data and queue supported changes for synchronisation. Offline capabilities depend on the device and workflow; contact us to confirm your setup.
